Israeli forces suppressed a peaceful anti-settlement march, on Saturday, in the village of Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.
Media sources said that occupation forces fired concussion grenades and tear gas canisters at the participants of a demonstration against the Israeli colonial expansion in the village of Umm Safa.
Videos published by Quds News Network show a group of armed paramilitary colonizers standing behind the soldiers who suppressed the non-violent march; no injuries were reported during the attack.
It is important to mention that just five days ago, illegal colonizers, with the support of occupation bulldozers, razed at least 200 dunams of agricultural land planted with olive and grape trees in the “Jabal al-Ras” area of the village.
In related news, occupation forces invaded, before dawn on Saturday, the village of Deir Abu Mash’al village, northwest of Ramallah, and toured its streets; no arrests were reported.
