On Sunday, a Palestinian child was injured after an Israeli army jeep rammed him in Beit Furik town, east of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Eyewitnesses said the child, Zein Salem Hanani, 14, suffered various cuts and bruises before Palestinian medics rushed him to a hospital in Nablus.

The child was injured after several Israeli military jeeps invaded Beit Furik as schoolchildren left their schools when the school day was done.

The invasion led to protests before the soldiers fired many live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.
