Illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers, accompanied by Israeli soldiers, carried out a series of coordinated attacks on Palestinian communities across the occupied West Bank on Thursday, assaulting residents, burning property, and triggering protests in several areas.
The attacks were concentrated in Nablus in the northern West Bank and Ramallah in the central West Bank, and were coupled with military bulldozing of agricultural land east of the city.
In the village of Beit Imrin, northwest of Nablus in the northern West Bank, colonizers attacked homes on the northern outskirts of the community, assaulting residents with physical violence and pepper spray.
Local sources reported that Israeli soldiers accompanied the colonizers, firing live rounds toward the homes to provide cover for the attack. Several residents were injured during the assault.
Earlier in the morning, a group of colonizers invaded Khirbet al‑Tawil east of Beit Furik, northeast of Nablus, assaulting residents and injuring a 15‑year‑old boy. Israeli forces then abducted the boy’s father, Samir Dahash. Residents reported that the colonizers moved through the area with full military protection.
In the village of Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank, colonizers attacked the outskirts of the community and set a Palestinian vehicle on fire.
The attack sparked protests, during which Israeli soldiers fired rubber‑coated rounds and tear gas at residents, injuring several with rubber-coated bullets and causing dozens of cases of tear‑gas inhalation. Witnesses confirmed that the soldiers remained positioned between the colonizers and the residents throughout the attack.
In a related violation, Israeli forces carried out a large‑scale land‑clearing operation in the village of Ein Yabrud east of Ramallah, invading the eastern area of the community near Route 60 with a military bulldozer.
The troops uprooted olive trees and bulldozed approximately 20 dunams of privately owned Palestinian land. Residents described the operation as part of an ongoing effort to expand colonial infrastructure in the area.
According to the Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission, colonizers carried out 192 attacks over the past two weeks amid heightened regional tensions, resulting in the killing of six Palestinians.
The Commission also documented 1,965 attacks by Israeli forces and colonizers during February alone, including 1,454 military violations and 511 colonizer attacks.
The highest concentrations were recorded in Hebron with 421 attacks, followed by Nablus with 340, Ramallah and Al‑Bireh with 320, and occupied Jerusalem with 210.
The latest wave of colonizer assaults, carried out under direct military protection, reflects a continued escalation of coordinated attacks targeting Palestinian communities, agricultural lands, and civilian property across the occupied West Bank.
Also on Thursday, Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of invasions, home incursions, and abductions across the occupied West Bank, targeting multiple towns and refugee camps, breaking into homes, and installing new military roadblocks while also converting civilian property into military posts.
