Earlier Thursday, the Israeli army continued the bombing and shelling of various parts of the Gaza Strip, especially Khan Younis and Rafah, causing dozens of casualties. The army also abducted dozens in Khan Younis.

In Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired a missile at the northwestern area of the city, killing three Palestinians, including two children, and wounding many others.

The Israeli army also continued the tight siege of the Al-Amal Hospital of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) and the society’s headquarters in Khan Younis and pushed more Israeli tanks and armored vehicles around them from all directions, before invading it

Furthermore, the army invaded a residential building in Khan Younis, abducted all men, and took all the women and children to the PRCS building, where they remained held.

In addition, at least four children were killed, and many Palestinians injured when the army fired missiles and shells at a residential block in the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza.

Thomas White, the director of UNRWA affairs, said the Israeli attacks are unacceptable and must be stopped immediately.

His statements came after, a day earlier, at least nine Palestinians were killed, and 75 were injured after the army fired a missile at a UNRWA training center that was designated as a shelter in Khan Younis.

While the army continued the massive bombing and shelling of various parts of the Gaza Strip, Khan Younis has been subject to intensified bombings from the land, the air, and the sea, including the areas around Al-Amal Hospital and PRCS headquarters.

In Rafah, also in southern Gaza, Israeli missiles killed at least one Palestinian and injured many others in an apartment in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood in the western part of the city.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the Israeli army has killed at least 25.700 Palestinians, including 12345 and 7500 women, and injured more than 63.740, and added that most of the casualties are women and children.

There are also more than 8.000 Palestinians who remain missing, largely buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings and on the streets of various parts of the Gaza Strip while medics and rescue teams remain unable to reach them due to the extensive Israeli bombings and the infrastructure damage.
