On Day 144 of the ongoing Israeli genocide of the Palestinians in the devastated, destroyed, besieged, and starved Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued the firing of missiles and shells at various parts of the coastal enclave, killing dozens of Palestinians.
Facing famine and disease, hundreds of Palestinian families fled northern Gaza and Gaza City, heading to central and southern Gaza, despite constant Israeli bombing of all parts of the coastal region.
The Palestinians walked to the Wadi Gaza Bridge on Rashid Street, trying to find shelter food, and water after five months of constant bombardment and massive destruction.
Many members of the fleeing families were killed and injured after being targeted by Israeli missiles and shells, while the army also targeted hundreds of Palestinians on the same street while awaiting humanitarian supplies.
In Gaza City, the army conducted a series of strikes targeting the Zeitoun neighborhood, killing at least ten Palestinians and wounding dozens.
Casualties were also reported when the army fired missiles at the Daraj neighborhood, east of Gaza City, and the Shati’ refugee camp, west of the city.
Furthermore, the army fired missiles and shells at various parts of Jabalia, especially Qleibo neighborhood, in addition to the cities of Beit Lahia and Beit Hanoun, in northern Gaza.
In Central Gaza, the army continued the bombing of homes and buildings, killing at least two Palestinians in the Al-Boreij refugee camp, while an Israeli drone fired a missile into an area of the Nusseirat refugee camp, killing one Palestinian and wounding many others.
In Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles, shells, and sniper fire killed at least twenty-one Palestinians and wounded dozens.
The army also wired and detonated several Palestinian homes in Abasan town, east of Khan Younis.
In Al-Qarara town, north of Khan Younis, the army fired a missile at a home, killing five Palestinians and wounding several others, before the medics removed them from under the rubble.
In the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip in Rafah, the army fired missiles and shells at six homes, killing at least one Palestinian and wounding many others.
The army earlier fired a missile at a home for the Zatma family, in the center of Rafah, killing nine Palestinians from the family and the Abu Fannouna family, and wounding many others.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israel killed 90 Palestinians and injured 164 in several parts of the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of slain Palestinians to at least 30.021, and wounding more than 70.043.
Among the slain Palestinians are more than 8.570 women and 12.660 children, in addition to 340 medical staff and medics, 46 Civil Defense workers, at least 200 journalists, 246 education staff, and 152 UNRWA workers.
At least 7.800 Palestinians, including more than 4.700 children and women, remain missing, largely buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings.
