On Wednesday, Day 194 of the ongoing Israeli genocide of the Palestinians in various parts of the destroyed, devastated, and isolated Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued the bombing and shelling of the coastal enclave, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including women and children.

The Israeli army fired a missile at a mosque in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, killing more than nine Palestinians and wounding dozens, including many women and children.

The army also fired barrages of missiles and shells at homes and buildings in various parts of northern Gaza, especially the eastern area of Jabalia town, and Beit Hanoun, killing and wounding dozens.

In addition, the army fired bursts of live rounds at families fleeing their areas, west of Beit Lahia, while more tanks and armored vehicles invaded Beit Hanoun, and surrounded schools and centers where families sheltered, before firing live rounds at them.

An eyewitness who managed to flee Beit Lahia said the families fled the schools and centers amidst ongoing Israeli bombing and the firing of live rounds at them and added that the army used load speakers to order the men to remove their clothes and leave the centers, before ordering the women and children to head to areas in southern Gaza.

The army also fired a missile at a home for the Abu Libda family in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Gaza City, killing at least four Palestinians, and wounding dozens.

More than six Palestinians were killed and many injured when the army fired shells at the Sheikh Radwan area, north of Gaza City, while two Palestinians were killed and many were injured when the army fired a missile at a home for the Abu Sa’ada family, in Sheja’eyya, east of Gaza City; at least nine Palestinians remain under the rubble.

In Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, the army fired missiles at a pharmaceutical factory while many tanks and armored vehicles invaded the area.

For the seventh day, the army continued the extensive bombing and shelling of various parts of the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza, causing dozens of casualties, while Israeli tanks and armored vehicles advanced toward the Power Plant, in the northern area of the refugee camp, and bulldozed lands near the water desalination plant.

The army also fired missiles and shells at many homes and lands, especially in the Zohour neighborhood and Khirbat Abu Adas, in Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part.

Palestinian rescue teams found the corpses of seven Palestinians, including four children, under the rubble of a home for the Abu Al-Hanoud family, in the Yibna refugee camps, in the center of Rafah, after the army fired several missiles at it.

In addition, the army fired a missile at a home in the center of Rafah city, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including many women and children, while many remain under the rubble amidst ongoing efforts to locate them.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) confirmed that it found unexploded Israeli missiles weighing 450 kilograms inside one of its schools after the Israeli occupation forces withdrew from the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

In its statement, UNRWA said, that on Tuesday evening, the United Nations agencies assessed Khan Yunis after the withdrawal of the Israeli army from Khan Younis on April 7 and added that its teams faced enormous obstacles that prevented them from working safely due to the presence of ammunition and unexploded devices, especially bombs weighing 450 kilograms inside schools and on roads in the city.

“Thousands of displaced people require a wide range of vital assistance, especially in terms of health, water, hygiene and food,” UNRWA added.

Earlier this month, the United Nations announced that “it will take millions of dollars and several years to clear the Gaza Strip of munitions and unexploded ordnance.”

Despite the UN Security Council ceasefire resolution and the genocide case against it at the International Court, Israel continues its onslaught against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and continues to commit War Crimes despite its thoroughly documented violations.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israel committed six massacres against entire families, killing at least 56 and wounding 89 in less than 24 hours.

Israel has now killed more than 33.899 Palestinians and injured at least 76.664, mostly women and children, in addition to the thousands of Palestinians who remain missing, largely under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings across the coastal enclave.
