A number of Palestinian civilians, including two paramedics, were killed Wednesday evening, and other civilians were injured, in a bombing carried out by the Israeli occupation aircraft on the cities of Gaza and Rafah, in the central and southern Gaza Strip.
A correspondent with the Wafa news agency said that rescue crews and citizens were able to recover a number of killed and wounded after the occupation aircraft bombed a house for the Al-Hato family near Al-Zahraa School, east of Gaza City, at a time when 3 Palestinians were killed in the bombing of a house in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah.
The correspondent added that two paramedics from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society crews were killed as a result of the Israeli occupation bombing of an ambulance that was heading to evacuate the killed and wounded in the Abu Al-Saeed roundabout area in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah.
Medical sources said that 21 Palestinians were killed since this morning as a result of the continuous bombing carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on the city of Rafah.

On Wednesday, Day 236 of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army killed and injured dozens of Palestinians, including women and children in several parts of the destroyed coastal enclave.
In northern Gaza, the army fired many missiles at the western areas of Jabalia town and several areas in the Jabalia refugee camp causing many casualties.
The army fired a missile at an apartment near a clinic in the center of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, in the northern part of Gaza City.
The army also fired many missiles and shells at various areas to the east of Gaza City, causing many casualties, including at least two who were killed and many injured when the army fired shells at displaced families near the Tuwam Junction.

It is worth mentioning that, on May 6, Israeli began a massive ground offensive in Rafah, overcrowded by hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians, and occupied the Rafah Border Terminal with Egypt the next day, before shutting it down, preventing the entry of humanitarian aid, and denying the wounded and the patients the right to leave Gaza for medical treatment.
On its part, the Hamas movement said it did not receive any new proposals for returning to the ceasefire talks, after reports said Israel presented, last Monday, Qatar, Egypt, and the United States, with an official response and a proposal for a possible prisoner-swap deal that could lead to a temporary truce.
In an interview with Al-Arabiya TV,” Hamad said that Israel is choosing genocide and not prisoner-swap or ceasefire talks and added that Hamas informed the mediators that it will not resume the talks while Israeli is ongoing with its onslaught on Rafah.
Hamad also said that Israel is not interested in a ceasefire and added that Hamas will only accept a ceasefire proposal that guarantees its full withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said that a million Palestinians had to leave Rafah over the last three weeks due to the escalating and extensive Israeli bombing.
UNRWA added that the lack of food and water, the dire living conditions, the piling waste, and the absence of sanitation, in addition to the continued offensive, make it impossible to provide humanitarian aid.
Today, journalist Amr Tabash documented images of Palestinians killed by Israel and left to rot under piles of rubble or in the streets.

Israel continues its offensive in Rafah despite a ruling, last Friday, issued by the International Court, ordering Israel to immediately halt the offensive in Rafah and to reopen the Rafah Border Terminal to allow the flow of humanitarian aid.
The Health Ministry said the Israeli army committed six massacres of families in the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding hundreds over the last 24 hours, among them 75 slain Palestinians and 284, who were moved to hospitals, while dozens remain under the rubble.
Israel has now killed at least 36.171 Palestinians, and injured more than 81.240, in several parts of the Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2024; the figures do not include those who are still missing, largely under the rubble, in streets and alleys of the destroyed Gaza Strip.
