On Thursday, Israeli soldiers continued the bombing and shelling of various parts of the destroyed Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including many children and women, in various parts of the besieged, starved, and devastated coastal enclave.

On Thursday evening, 27 Palestinians, including children and women, were killed, and many others injured in a new attack carried out by Israeli occupation forces who bombed a house in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.

Medical sources have confirmed that 27 Palestinians were killed, and others injured when the army bombed a house belonging to the Mabhouh family near Abu Hussein Schools in the Jabalia refugee camp.

The sources added that many Palestinians remain under the rubble, while rescue teams continue their efforts to locate them despite the lack of proper equipment and resources.

Additionally, a woman was killed, and many Palestinians, including children and women, were injured in an Israeli airstrike on Al-Manshiyya Street in Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

Earlier, twelve Palestinians were killed, and many others injured due to Israeli bombing of a school housing displaced families in the Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.

Moreover, four Palestinians were killed, and others injured in the bombing of Al-Rimal School on Al-Nasr Street, west of the city.

Furthermore, the Israeli occupation army issued new evacuation orders for the Palestinians in neighborhoods north of Al-Shati, An-Nasr, Abdul-Rahman, Al-Awda, and Al-Karama in Gaza.

Medical sources announced that the bodies of two Palestinians were taken to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza, after being retrieved from the Shuhada Junction, south of Gaza City.

In central Gaza, three Palestinians were killed, and others injured due to Israeli bombing of the Al-Nuwayriyah area, west of the Nuseirat refugee camp.

In the southern Gaza Strip, seven Palestinians, including three children, were killed due to Israeli bombing of various areas in the Rafah governorate.

Medical sources confirmed that at least 56 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip since dawn Thursday, 44 of whom are from northern Gaza. The numbers do not include those who remain under the rubble.

The United Nations issued a stark warning about the dire situation in northern Gaza. Joyce Msuya, the acting Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, stated that the entire population of northern Gaza is at risk of dying due to the ongoing bombing and siege.

The UN has called for an immediate stop to what they describe as a “blatant disregard for basic humanity” by Israeli forces.

Msuya emphasized that the situation in Gaza is catastrophic, with severe impacts on healthcare, food, and shelter.

The UN’s humanitarian official has stressed the urgent need for a ceasefire to protect the lives of civilians trapped in the conflict.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported that the Israeli army ordered all Palestinians in northern Gaza and all parts of Gaza City to leave.

OCHA reiterated the call for ensuring protection for the civilians in northern Gaza and all parts of the coastal enclave.

It added that the ongoing Israeli bombings are preventing Palestinians from reaching lifesaving aid, including access to clean water.

Additionally, OCHA noted that humanitarian workers have been unable to perform their duties without being attacked, further preventing them from reaching the people who urgently need their help.

Israeli forces have continued their attacks by land, sea, and air on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the deaths of 43,469 Palestinians, including more than 17,289 children, 11,815 women, 183 journalists, 496 education staff, 203 UNRWA staff, and 85 Civil Defense medics, and injuries to 102,561, the majority of whom are children, women, and elders.

Thousands of victims remain under the rubble and in the bombarded streets and alleys, while rescue teams are unable to reach them due to constant bombing and lack of resources.
