On Wednesday, Day 726 of the ongoing genocide, Israeli forces continued bombing and shelling across the Gaza Strip, killing at least 23 Palestinians and injuring dozens more. The strikes targeted residential areas, shelters for displaced families, and aid seekers, amid ongoing restrictions on humanitarian access.

In Gaza City, 19 Palestinians were killed in multiple strikes. Six of them died when Israeli warplanes bombed Al-Falah School in the Zeitoun neighborhood, which was sheltering displaced families.
Medical teams at the Baptist Hospital confirmed the fatalities and reported additional injuries.
Civil Defense personnel attempting to rescue victims at the school were also targeted by an Israeli drone, leaving several wounded, including some in critical condition.

In the Al-Nafaq area, northeast of Gaza City, one Palestinian was killed and others injured in a separate strike.

Three more were killed in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of the city, when Israeli forces targeted a group of civilians. Medical staff at Shifa Hospital described several of the injuries as severe.

Another airstrike hit an apartment on Thawra Street, killing one person and injuring others. In the Abu Hasira area, Israeli aircraft bombed homes, causing extensive destruction and displacing dozens of families. Another person was killed and several injured in renewed shelling of the Al-Nafaq area.

In addition, medical sources have confirmed that Civil Defense medic Monther Raed Dahshan has succumbed to his serious injuries after Israeli forces targeted his team while they were rescuing victims from Al-Falah School in southern Gaza City, late Tuesday night.

In Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, six Palestinians were killed in a drone strike, including journalist Yahya Barzaq, who was documenting the aftermath of earlier attacks. Many others were injured.
The wounded and slain Palestinians were transferred to Al-Aqsa Hospital, where several injuries were described as critical.

Additional strikes targeted homes in the Nuseirat and Bureij refugee camps, killing three Palestinians.
In southern Gaza, Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis reported the death of a Palestinian civilian and injuries to others after Israeli forces opened fire near a humanitarian aid distribution center.

These attacks come amid severe shortages of food, water, and medical supplies, with hospitals overwhelmed and thousands of families displaced. Humanitarian convoys remain blocked, and emergency responders continue to operate under extreme risk.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed more than 66,097 Palestinians, including at least 18,592 children and 12,400 women, and injured over 168,536, most of them women and children. Thousands more remain missing, many believed to be trapped beneath the rubble across the devastated Gaza Strip.

The death toll is higher, as UN agencies report that ongoing bombardment, siege conditions, and the collapse of civil infrastructure have made accurate data collection nearly impossible.
