Israeli occupation forces and illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers invaded the Khirbet Shu’ab al-Batem Bedouin community in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank’s southern part, on Sunday night, storming several Palestinian homes, assaulting residents, and deliberately smashing and vandalizing household belongings.

Media sources said many Israeli colonizers re‑erected tents on privately owned Palestinian land in the Tel Ma’in area east of Yatta, in a move aimed at expanding their control and reinforcing new outposts linked to nearby colonies.

Earlier in the evening, several Palestinians were injured after an attack carried out by the paramilitary colonizers, while Israeli forces abducted two Palestinian from Masafer Yatta following assaults against them.

Masafer Yatta continues to witness ongoing escalation by both the occupation forces and the illegal paramilitary colonizers, including repeated assaults on residents and their property, restrictions on access to their land, and persistent efforts to forcibly displace Palestinian communities from the area.
