In one of the numerous Israeli airstrikes in Gaza in the pre-dawn hours of Sunday March 3rd,  14 Palestinian family members, including six children, were killed when a bomb was dropped on their home in Rafah.

Israeli occupation warplanes dropped a bomb on a three-story house east of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that 14 Palestinians, including 6 children and women, were killed, and dozens were injured, after the occupation warplanes bombed a three-story house for the Abu Anza family in the Al-Salam neighborhood, east of Rafah.

This is just the latest of hundreds of family massacres that have been carried out by the Israeli military in its 149 days of warfare against the people of Gaza. Some families have lost three and even four generations of family members, with the entire family removed from the civil registry after the loss of parents, children, grandparents, siblings and cousins.

Also early Sunday morning, in northern Khan Younis, the Israeli military carried out violent air and artillery bombardment, coinciding with the advance of Israeli occupation vehicles towards Hamad Towers and the firing of shells and fire at citizens’ homes, targeting a home for the Al-Alul family in the Al-Isra neighborhood, west of Hamad Town.

In the north and center of the Gaza Strip, a number of citizens were killed and injured in a raid that targeted a house in the middle of the Jabalia camp, and others were injured when the occupation bombed a group of residents west of the Nuseirat camp in the middle of the Gaza Strip.
