On Friday, Day 728 of the ongoing genocide, Israeli forces killed at least 89 Palestinians and injured dozens more, across the Gaza Strip, as the genocide against Gaza’s population continues unabated.

The victims include civilians in the north, center, and south of the Strip, many of whom were targeted in their homes, shelters, and aid lines.

Of those killed since dawn, 43 were in northern Gaza, 10 in the central region, and 36 in the south.
Among them were four Palestinians who had been waiting for humanitarian aid when they were struck.

Later Friday evening, Israeli airstrikes killed 15 more Palestinians and injured at least 20 in central Gaza, when warplanes targeted a group of people near a roundabout in the Maghazi refugee camp, in central Gaza.

Another three were killed, and others wounded, in a separate strike on a home west of Gaza City.

In the Shati refugee camp, Israeli jets bombed residential buildings on Eyada Street, killing five people, including two children, and wounding many others. At least ten more remain trapped under the rubble, with rescue teams unable to reach them due to ongoing shelling.

Two siblings, Ali and Munir Hassan Murad, were killed when an Israeli drone bombed the market area of the camp.

Airstrikes also continued in the Sabra neighborhood of southern Gaza City, where one missile hit a residential building.

The Baptist Hospital in Gaza confirmed receiving casualties from a drone strike at the Asqoula intersection in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.

In Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, 43-year-old Khaled Mahmoud al-Sabbagh was killed when Israeli forces bombed a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians.

Over the past 24 hours, hospitals have received 15 dead and 80 wounded Palestinians who were targeted while seeking food aid. This brings the total number of Palestinians killed while attempting to access humanitarian assistance to 2,597, with 19,054 injured.

Since Israel violated the ceasefire agreement on March 18, 2025, the death toll has reached 13,420, with 57,124 wounded.

The cumulative toll of Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023, has now reached at least 66,288 dead and 169,165 wounded.

Most of the victims are women and children. Many more remain trapped under the rubble, with emergency crews unable to reach them due to continued bombardment and fuel shortages.
