On Friday, Israeli forces abducted at least six Palestinian citizens after invading many towns and villages in various regions of the occupied West Bank.
Jenin
Armed Palestinian resistance fighters, on Friday, exchanged fire with the Israeli army, and detonated explosive devices near the evacuated “Homesh” colony, built on the stolen land of the the town of Silat ad-Dhahr, southwest of Jenin in the northern West Bank.
As the army searched for the resistance fighters, a crude explosive device was detonated, injuring at least four occupation soldiers.
Israeli media reported that two of its soldiers were transported by helicopter, while the other two received first aid at the scene.
Ma’an News quoted an Israeli security official who said, “We are working around the clock with all security services in order to reach the ‘saboteurs’ and arrest or kill them.”
*** It is important to mention that Israeli forces executed a Palestinian young man, Mohammad Adel Al-Shalabi, 40, in the town of Silat Al-Harithiya, northwest of Jenin.
On Friday night, the army invaded several towns and villages in the Jenin governorate, sparking protests among local Palestinians.
Northwest and east of the city, soldiers invaded the villages of Rummanah and Jalboun and opened fire towards citizens’ homes, eliciting protests.
Meanwhile, soldiers conducted a search campaign after storming the towns and villages of Silat Ad-Dhahr, Arraba, Mirka, Al-Jalama, Deir Ghazala, Arrana, Arrabuna, Faqqu’a, and At-Tayba, in the governorate.
Tubas
In the northeastern part of the West Bank, Israeli forces abducted four Palestinian young men from the Tubas governorate, while they were present in the “Ein al-Sakot” in the northern Jordan Valley.
While Mustafa Fidaa Dhiyab Abu Khaizran, Baraa Ahmed Dhiyab Abu Khaizran, and Qassam Basem Bashir Abu Khaizran were hiking in the area, occupation forces abducted them.
Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers abducted Azzam Abd Rabbo Bani Odeh while he was grazing his livestock in the area.
Ramallah
Before dawn on Friday, Israeli forces stormed and ransacked the home of Issa Ghaidan in Beitunia town, west of Ramallah in the central part of the West Bank.
Bethlehem
On Friday night, soldiers invaded Husan town, west of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, stationed vehicles at the eastern entrance, and closed it, impeding the movement of local residents.
Hebron
South of Hebron in the southern West Bank, the army invaded and ransacked the home of Muhammad Mahmoud Al-Halis in Yatta town, before abducting him.
In Doura town, to the southwest, the army detained the citizen, Abd al-Rahman Jamal al-Nammoura for several hours and assaulted him, before releasing him.
