Early Friday, Day 74 since Israel resumed the genocide in Gaza, Israeli bombing and shelling targeted various areas in the northern and the southern parts of the devastated and besieged Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.
Update: The army targeted displaced Palestinians in the Saftawi neighborhood, west of Jabalia, in northern Gaza, killing at least three Palestinians and causing several injuries.
Two Palestinians were killed in an Israeli bombing of Jabalia refugee camp, while a woman was killed in another Israeli bombing of Jabalia town.
The Israeli occupation army issued new evacuation orders for Jabalia and Al-Atatra, in northern Gaza, in addition to the neighborhoods of Shuja’iyya, Daraj and Zeitoun, in Gaza city.
In Jabalia an-Nazla, in northern Gaza, at least seven people were killed, and many injured, when an airstrike hit a home belonging to the Nasr family.
Meanwhile, three Palestinians were killed, and several others injured, when Israeli forces bombed two tents sheltering displaced families in western Khan Younis, in southern Gazza, before the casualties were transported to Nasser Medical Complex.
Additional casualties were reported in separate incidents, including an Israeli strike on a civilian vehicle in Abasan Kabira, east of Khan Younis, and gunfire targeting civilians in the Shakoush area northwest of Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part.
Furthermore, several Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire while attempting to reach the “American aid distribution center” in Netzarim, located in central Gaza, according to Al Jazeera’s correspondent.
A-Jazeera English said several people were wounded by Israeli army gunfire while trying to reach an “aid distribution point set up by the controversial Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.”

In an update by the Health Ministry, the number of wounded Palestinians in the attack on the aid distribution point, exceeded twenty.
In a statement on X, UNRWA said that, in Amman – Jordan, just a three-hour drive from Gaza, “we have enough supplies to sustain over 200,000 people for an entire month”.
It added, “flour, food parcels, hygiene kits, blankets and medical supplies are ready to be delivered,” and reiterated its urgent call to allow unrestricted entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza, which remain completely blocked since March.

On its part, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said its fighters targeted Israeli soldiers and military vehicles near the Al-Aqsa School in al-Qarara town, east of Khan Younis.
The Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad also said its fighters detonate a home that was taken over by Israeli soldiers in Shuja’iyya neighborhood, in Gaza.
In addition, Israeli sources said a soldier was killed when Palestinian fighters fired a shell at a military bulldozer in northern Gaza, and added that two soldiers were injured, one seriously, in southern Gaza.
On Thursday, at least 70 Palestinians, including women and children, were killed in Israeli airstrikes and artillery attacks across different regions of Gaza.

The humanitarian crisis continues to deepen in Gaza. Since March 2, Israel has blocked the entry of food, medicine, humanitarian aid, and fuel, leading to widespread famine.
Approximately 1.5 million Palestinians, out of Gaza’s 2.4 million population, are now houseless, their shelters destroyed by ongoing attacks.
Furthermore, the Israeli military has issued new evacuation orders for residents in northern Gaza, affecting several areas.

Concurrently, it has forcibly evacuated Al-Awda Hospital, in Jabalia, which has further deteriorated the healthcare system in the region.
The forced removal of patients and medical staff from Al-Awda Hospital is viewed as part of a broader campaign targeting Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health condemned this action, calling it a continuation of violations against the sector.
Officials stress that nearly 400,000 people are now without medical services in northern Gaza following the hospital’s closure.
Additionally, Israeli military violations continued, including intense gunfire and explosions around the hospital before ordering its evacuation.
Medical sources warn that the shutdown of this facility marks the complete dismantling of hospital services in northern Gaza, exacerbating the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

Since the onset of its military offensive on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Israel has systematically targeted medical facilities, pushing the health system to near-total collapse.
At least 3,986 have been killed, and 11,451 have been injured since Israel broke the ceasefire deal, resumed the genocide in Gaza, on March 18, 2025,
The death toll in Gaza has now surpassed 54,249, including 16,505 children, 9,800 women, and 248 journalists. The total number of injuries has risen to over 123,492, with thousands still trapped under the rubble and unable to receive medical aid.
