The abducted men were identified as Obai Ribhi Mer’ey, Ammar Yasser Rayyan, Ahmad Anwar Rayyan, Omar Talal Aasi, and Fuad Ahmad Aasi.
In the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Tulkarem and surrounding neighborhoods, abducting seven Palestinians.

It is worth mentioning that the Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission has reported that Israeli forces and colonizers carried out 1,872 violations across the occupied West Bank during January.
The Commission documented 1,404 violations committed by the Israeli army and 468 violations carried out by colonizers.
The highest number of attacks occurred in the Hebron district in the southern West Bank, with 415 violations, followed by Ramallah and al‑Bireh in the central West Bank with 374, Nablus in the northern West Bank with 328, and occupied Jerusalem with 201.
The Commission added that these violations took multiple forms, including physical assaults, uprooting trees, burning agricultural fields, preventing farmers from accessing their land, seizing property, destroying property and demolishing homes and agricultural structures.
