On Friday, September 6, 2024, day 336 of the ongoing Israeli assault on the entire civilian population of 2.2 million people in the Gaza Strip, Israeli forces continued their relentless attacks on Palestinian civilians in all parts of the besieged coastal enclave.

9:13 pm:

A number of Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the central Gaza Strip on Friday evening.

Israeli warplanes bombed the house of the Shehadeh family in the Ard al-Helou area, west of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Medical sources said that paramedics transferred a number of killed and wounded people from the site of the bombing to Al-Awda Hospital in the camp .

Local sources reported that a Palestinian was also killed, and several wounded, when Israeli occupation forces targeted a group of Palestinians in the vicinity of the Islamic Complex Mosque in the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

The victims were taken to the remains of the Arab Baptist Hospital in Gaza City which, like every hospital in Gaza, has been repeatedly targeted by Israeli airstrikes and invasions – leaving the hospital only partly functional, with a severe shortage of both basic and specialized medical equipment.

Medical sources said that the number of Palestinians killed has risen since dawn on Friday to 33 people killed in the Gaza Strip on Friday.

Nearly two million people remain displaced, pushed from one location to another as Israeli forces level entire neighborhoods, turn them to rubble, and establish military zones on what had previously been Palestinian homes.

A woman and her daughter were killed and others were injured and missing under the rubble, on Friday morning, in an Israeli bombardment that targeted the Al-Haddad family home near the Jordanian field hospital in Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City. They were transferred to the Baptist Hospital in the city .

For the second time in a row within hours, the Israeli occupation army blew up residential buildings in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.

Three civilians were killed and five others were injured, Friday morning, when the Israeli occupation forces bombed a house in Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

Earlier this morning, 6 citizens were killed and 5 others were injured when the occupation bombed a house in the vicinity of Badr Mosque in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.

Three citizens were killed and five others were injured earlier this morning, when the occupation forces bombed a house in the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 40,878 martyrs, while the number of injured has reached 94,454 with varying degrees of severity, since October 7, while hundreds of victims are still under the rubble .

At least six Palestinians were killed and others injured in Israeli shelling on the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, on Friday morning.

A correspondent with the Palestinian Wafa news agency confirmed that the bodies of at least six Palestinians were recovered from the city of Rafah after an Israeli missile attack. They were all transferred to Nasser Hospital in the neighboring city of Khan Yunis.

Red Crescent paramedics reported that a number of Palestinians were injured in an Israeli attack on Shabeer Street in the center of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Hungry children desperate for food line up in soup lines each morning, hoping to get something from the meager rations that Israel has allowed to enter. The World Health Organization continues to mark Gaza in the red zone: a full-fledged famine.

Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression, by land, sea and air, on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, which has resulted in the killing of over 40,850 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 94,224 others, in an incomplete toll, as thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.

Among the slain Palestinians are at least 16,589 children, 11,207 women, 182 journalists and 23 emergency responders, 885 medical staff, 82 Civil Defense staff, and 203 UNRWA staff.

Most experts estimate the death toll is much higher – and could be as high as 200,000, when counting both direct and indirect deaths related to the Israeli war on Gaza that began October 7th 2023 when 1100 Israelis were killed, including 700 civilians, inside Israel. Around 500 Israeli soldiers have been killed between October 7th and now – both in Gaza and on the Israeli border with Lebanon
