Quds News reports: Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli attack in southern Gaza on Sunday, as Israeli forces continue to breach the ceasefire agreement, striking the war-torn enclave while aid remains restricted and winter conditions intensify the suffering.
At least three Palestinians were killed on Sunday morning in an Israeli bombing targeting the eastern areas of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, medical sources confirmed.
That same day, Israel also struck the Zeitoun neighbourhood in Gaza City and areas close to the southern city of Rafah. At night, several people were injured after an Israeli quadcopter dropped a bomb in the neighbourhood.
Last night, Israeli warplanes also carried out intense airstrikes, east of the Tuffah and Shujaiya neighborhoods in eastern Gaza City.
On Monday morning, Israeli artillery shelling and intense gunfire were reported east of Khan Younis.
A Palestinian was also shot dead by an Israeli drone in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza, according to medical sources, on Monday morning.
According to the Gaza Government Media Office on November 10, Israel has violated the ceasefire agreement over 282 times, killing 266 Palestinians since the start of the truce on October 10.
The violations included crimes of direct gunfire against civilians, deliberate shelling and targeting, and the arrest of a number of civilians, reflecting the occupation’s continued policy of aggression despite the declared end of the war, noted the Office.
The attacks come as Israel continues to restrict aid entering the Palestinian enclave, with only a limited number of trucks allowed in and tight restrictions on the types of supplies permitted, as the third winter since the genocide began arrives amid worsening conditions with Israel also blocking shelters and tents.
With the first winter storm, Gaza’s streets and makeshift camps were submerged, leaving thousands of displaced families without shelter.
Gaza Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmoud Basal reports that thousands of tents collapsed under the rain, forcing people to sleep in the open as Israeli occupation forces continue to block the entry of vital shelter materials.
He added that sewage flooding, caused by the destruction of Gaza’s infrastructure, is now contaminating streets and triggering widespread illness.
Israeli occupation forces continue their systematic destruction behind Gaza’s ceasefire yellow line, moving methodically through the area as the few remaining homes are either blown up or torched.
In Gaza, an elderly man, scarred by two years of genocide, injured, and missing his left eye, lies alone in the open, enduring the biting cold.
With no shelter to protect him from the rain, he, alongside hundreds of thousands of displaced families, bears a suffering imposed by the occupation.
he National Body for Palestinian Popular Action has issued a firm rejection of the U.S. proposal to place Gaza under international trusteeship, warning that it would violate Palestinian self-determination and serve as a disguised form of colonial control.
The Body emphasizes that any decisions regarding Gaza, covering security, reconstruction, and civil affairs, must originate from the Palestinian people themselves, safeguarding their historical rights, preserving the unity of land and population, and upholding the legitimacy of resistance.
While a strictly limited international presence may be permitted to monitor a ceasefire and protect civilians, it must remain fully impartial and explicitly barred from taking any administrative or political role.
The Body calls on all Palestinian political actors, institutions, and communities worldwide to openly reject any form of external trusteeship and avoid engagement with such proposals, defending national decision-making and unity.
