Israeli occupation forces continued their attacks across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, marking the 306th consecutive day of ceasefire violations and maintaining the siege that has blocked relief, reconstruction, and medical evacuation for thousands of civilians trapped in the devastated enclave.
Artillery and tank fire were reported across several areas. Shelling struck northern Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, while armored vehicles opened sustained fire east of the town.
Artillery also hit the Sikka area in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, along with additional fire toward eastern Gaza City and the northern perimeter of the al‑Bureij refugee camp in the central Strip.
Israeli tanks fired shells toward eastern Deir al‑Balah in central Gaza; northeastern and eastern Khan Younis in southern Gaza; and the al‑Mawasi area west of Rafah, in the southernmost part of the Strip.
Israeli forces also fired live rounds toward agricultural areas in eastern Rafah and obstructed the movement of humanitarian convoys attempting to reach northern Gaza.
Several neighborhoods in Gaza City reported overnight gunfire and drone activity, while residents in central Gaza documented new damage to homes near al‑Bureij following morning shelling. Naval fire off the coast of Gaza City and Deir al‑Balah prevented fishermen from approaching the shore.

Medical sources confirmed that 13‑year‑old Saba Na’im Abdullah al‑Hashash died on Monday from wounds she sustained two days earlier when Israeli forces opened fire in the “regional” zone of al‑Mawasi in Khan Younis.
Her killing adds to the rising number of casualties resulting from continued Israeli attacks despite the declared ceasefire.
According to the latest daily update from the Palestinian Ministry of Health, hospitals in Gaza received one additional Palestinian who died from his wounds and one new injury during the past 24 hours.
The ministry said many victims remain under rubble or in open areas where ambulances and civil defense crews cannot reach them due to field restrictions and the danger posed by ongoing military fire. Officials warned that the actual number of casualties is likely higher than currently recorded.

The World Health Organization said thousands of patients in Gaza remain in urgent need of medical evacuation. WHO spokesperson Tarik Jasarevic stated that 12,913 patients have been evacuated since October 2023, including 6,186 children, along with 16,000 accompanying family members.
He said evacuations currently occur three or four times per week, but the backlog remains enormous. Between August 2 and 8, 101 patients and 164 companions were evacuated, while thousands more continue to wait for transfer.
The continued attacks, siege, and obstruction of relief efforts have left Gaza’s population facing severe humanitarian collapse, with thousands unable to access medical care, safe shelter, or consistent food supplies.
