On Tuesday, an illegal Israeli colonizer stabbed a Palestinian shepherd while he was grazing his livestock in the Khirbet Ibziq hamlet, north of Tubas in the northern Jordan Valley.

Media sources said a group of Israeli settlers stormed Khirbet Ibziq before assaulting a young man who suffers from a physical disability, before one of the colonizers stabbed him in the thigh with a sharp object.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that its ambulance crews “received a stabbing injury to a young man (20 years old) with special needs, at the hands of settlers, and he is being transferred to the hospital.”

In related news, many illegal colonizers invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, on Tuesday, under the protection of the Israeli police.

Media sources said that at least 135 Israeli settlers stormed the Islamic holy site from the Al-Maghariba Gate in several groups, toured its courtyards, and performed Talmudic rituals under the protection of occupation police.

It is important to mention that February 25 marks the 31st anniversary of the Ibrahimi Mosque massacre in the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

On February 25, 1994, Baruch Goldstein, an American-Israeli, stormed the Ibrahimi Mosque in military dress, and opened fire with an assault rifle towards Palestinian Muslims who were praying in the mosque during Ramadan.

Goldstein murdered 29 Palestinians and injured 150 while occupation forces closed the doors to the mosque, preventing those inside from escaping.

Later, more than 30 Palestinians were killed by occupation forces during the funerals of those executed by Goldstein inside the mosque, while protests erupted in the city, resulting in the death of more Palestinians and the injury of hundreds of others.
