Illegal Israeli colonizers, on Saturday, attacked Palestinian shepherds in the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, in the central occupied West Bank, while another group of settlers cut down 74 olive trees in Ni’lin town, northwest of the city.
In the “Al-Qaboun” area of the village of Al-Mughayyir, illegal colonizers invaded private Palestinian-owned land, and proceeded to assault two Palestinian shepherds with sticks, causing bruises.
On Saturday evening, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the town of Ni’lin, and cut down at least 74 young olive trees belonging to local Palestinian citizens.
According to Youssef Al-Khawaja, the mayor of Ni’lin, illegal colonists infiltrated private property in the “Al-Khalal” area, and cut down 74 olive trees belonging to Musab Sorour and Muhammad Badr.

In related news, eight Palestinian citizens were injured, on Saturday evening, when illegal Israeli colonizers attacked farmers who were working on their land in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.
When citizens attempted to fend off the attack, Israeli forces shot six people with rubber-coated steel rounds, while two others were injured by rocks thrown by settlers.
