On Wednesday, Israeli forces shot at least three Palestinian citizens, including two children, near Nablus and Hebron in the northern southern parts of the occupied West Bank.
According to Amid Ahmad, the director of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society Emergency and Ambulance Center in Nablus, said that its ambulance crews transported two citizens to the hospital after they sustained live gunshot wounds, in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus.
Ahmad added that the occupation forces shot a 9-year-old girl and a 20-year old woman in the head with live rounds, in Qusra town.
Media sources said that the army invaded Qusra town, on Wednesday night, sparking protests, while soldiers opened fire with live rounds and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion.
The Ma’an News Agency quoted the Palestinian Health Ministry who said that the 9-year-old child was critically injured and was transported to the Rafidia Governmental Hospital in Nablus.
Meanwhile, in the southern West Bank, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian child after invading the village of Al-Rihiya, southwest of Hebron, on Wednesday night.
Media sources said that a large army force stormed Al-Rihiya village, firing live rounds and tear gas canisters at citizens and their homes, shooting a 14-year-old child in the leg with live ammunition.
Later, the Arab 48 news website reported that a second citizen was wounded during the military incursion into the village, there were no additional reports to confirm.
The Quds News Network reported that occupation forces invaded the Al-Fawwar refugee camp south of Hebron, on Wednesday night; no arrests or injuries were reported.
In related news, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man in the leg and hand, and caused dozens of citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation, after invading the Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron.
Also on Wednesday, Israeli soldiers shot four Palestinians, including three young women in the Ein Misbah neighborhood in the central West Bank city of Ramallah and opened fire on a Palestinian vehicle.
As a result, a young man was shot twice, once in the shoulder and once in the leg, a young woman was shot in the shoulder, and two other young women sustained shrapnel wounds from live ammunition.
