Israeli soldiers abducted, Saturday, five Palestinians, including two children, in Hebron, in southern West Bank, and one in Qalqilia, in northern West Bank, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported.

The PPS office in Hebron said the soldiers abducted Najeh Mheisin Wreidat, 25, near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the center of the city.

It added that the soldiers also abducted Nader Wajeeh Banat, 20, from the al-‘Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron.

Furthermore, the soldiers abducted two children, identified as Bara’ Sa’id Hdeib, 15, and his brother, Ahmad, 14, in addition to Bassam Khaled Abu Meqdim, from Doura town, southwest of Hebron.

In Qalqilia, the soldiers abducted Sanad Jo’eidi, 26, after stopping him at a sudden military roadblock near Jeet Junction, east of the city. The soldiers also assaulted the young man causing cuts and bruises.
