Israeli forces and illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers carried out a series of violent attacks and invasions across the occupied West Bank on Sunday, resulting in injuries, abductions, home break‑ins, and new movement restrictions imposed on Palestinian communities.

In Hebron in the southern West Bank, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers attacked Palestinian homes in the Khalidiya area near the village of Susiya in Masafer Yatta.

Local media activist Osama Makhamra reported that colonizers, accompanied by Israeli soldiers, assaulted residents, beat several of them, and fired live rounds toward the homes.

Israeli forces present at the scene abducted four residents: Ibrahim Ali Nawaj’a, Saqr Ali Nawaj’a, Ali Ibrahim Khalil Nawaj’a, and Mohammad Ibrahim Ismail Nawaj’a.

In the same area, colonizers chased Palestinian shepherds in Wadi Abu Sha’ban and broke into the homes of the ‘Elian Awad family.

In Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, colonizers invaded the Al‑Maliha area near the town of Za’tara and placed an Israeli flag on a concrete wall in what local sources described as an attempt to provoke residents.

In the northern Jordan Valley, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinians from Khirbet al‑Hadidiya after colonizers assaulted residents there.

Local sources said the colonizers initiated the attack, after which Israeli soldiers intervened to detain Palestinians rather than the assailants.

Kamel Bani Odeh, director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society office in Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, said Israeli forces also detained several other residents temporarily before abducting Omar Aref Bisharat and Mohammad Abdullah Bani Odah.

In occupied Jerusalem, two Palestinians were injured and a home was burned during an Israeli military invasion of Qalandia refugee camp and the nearby town of Kafr Aqab.

The Jerusalem Governorate said Israeli forces fired large quantities of tear gas at homes and civilians in Qalandia refugee camp, igniting a fire in one of the houses.

The nature of the injuries sustained by the two residents was not immediately clarified. Israeli forces also invaded Kafr Aqab, though no abductions or home break‑ins were reported there.

In Ramallah in the central West Bank, Israeli forces installed a new iron gate at the main entrance of Deir Jarir, effectively sealing the village’s only access point.

The Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission said there are now approximately 917 military roadblocks and gates across the occupied Palestinian territory, including 244 installed after October 7, 2023.

In Salfit in the central West Bank, Israeli soldiers detained and assaulted a young man near the iron gate placed at the entrance of Qarawat Bani Hassan. His identity was not immediately known.

In a separate incident, Israeli forces invaded the nearby town of az‑Zawiya and converted a Palestinian home into a military post.

In Nablus in the northern West Bank, three Palestinians were hospitalized after Israeli soldiers beat them at the Awarta military roadblock south of the city.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said the three had been held by Israeli forces for five days and were released at the roadblock, where they were then assaulted before being transferred to a hospital.

Dozens of soldiers also invaded Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus, closed several areas and initiated extensive searches.

In Jenin in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted a young man, Shira’ al‑Hindawi, after undercover soldiers abducted him on An‑Nasra Street.

Israeli troops also invaded the al‑Marah and al‑Dabbous neighborhoods, broke into several homes, forced families out, and turned the properties into military posts.

In addition, many soldiers invaded the nearby town of Arraba south of Jenin and the village of al‑Jalama, where soldiers spread throughout the streets.

Also on Sunday, a Palestinian young man died Sunday morning, less than one day after occupation soldiers shot him with live ammunition in the town of Doura, southwest of Hebron in the southern West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that 25-year-old Mohammad Jihad Masalmeh succumbed to critical injuries inflicted on him by Israeli soldiers in Doura town.

Earlier Sunday, Israeli occupation forces carried out widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank, breaking into homes, abducting dozens of Palestinians, and converting several civilian properties into military positions in multiple districts.
