Israeli forces conducted airstrikes, on Saturday evening, against an observation site east of Gaza City, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, and two resistance fighters were injured after an accidental explosion in Khan Younis, in the southern part.

An occupation drone fired, on Saturday evening, two missiles at a resistance site east of the “Al-Zaytoun” neighborhood, east of Gaza City, in the northern part of the besieged Gaza Strip.

Media sources said that an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft fired two missiles at a resistance observation point, east of Gaza City, causing damage. No injuries were reported in the attack.

An army spokesman released a statement claiming that in response to shots being fired at Israeli forces near the security fence, “an army drone attacked a military point belonging to the Hamas organization.”

The army published a video revealing the moment the observation site was struck with missiles.

On Friday evening, the Israeli occupation carried out airstrikes and artillery shelling of sites in the eastern regions of Gaza, injuring one Palestinian, and causing damage to the area.

In related news, two resistance fighters belonging to the “Al-Qassam Brigades”, the military wing of the Hamas resistance movement, sustained moderate injuries after an accidental explosion, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Media sources added that Palestinian two resistance fighters were injured, on Saturday evening, at a Khan Younis military site, as a result of an accidental explosion, during training exercises.
