On Thursday evening, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian university student and detained five others near Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that soldiers abducted the young man, Ahmed Ali Ateeq, at a military roadblock near the town of Arraba, southwest of Jenin.

It was added that occupation forces detained five university students at the roadblock, and confiscated their money.

Earlier on Thursday, the army abducted nine Palestinians in the Nablus and Bethlehem governorates, in the northern and southern parts of the occupied West Bank.

At dawn, the army abducted twenty-eight Palestinians, including four women, in several regions of the West Bank.
