At dawn on Monday, Israeli occupation forces launched various invasions and violations across multiple communities in the occupied West Bank, forcibly entering homes and abducting many Palestinians.
In Qalqilia, soldiers invaded the town of Azzoun from the eastern side, deploying military vehicles throughout residential neighborhoods. They abducted Yamen Bassam Salim, Sa’id Mizyed Salim, and Ayham Bilal Ghannawi after ransacking their homes.
In Bethlehem, troops invaded various neighborhoods, conducted violent searches, and abducted Nabil Mousa, Wael Ismael Salama ‘Obeyyat, Nabil Ahmad Salem ‘Obeyyat, Kamal Ali Nawawra, and Ahmad Adnan Qaraqe’.
In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, three Palestinians were taken from their homes in Al-Bireh and Al-Mazra’a al-Gharbia.
Media sources named the abductees as Mohamoud Omar Karakra, Noureddin Karakra, and Mohammad Abu Safi. Additional home invasions occurred in Birzeit, Abu Qash, and Abu Shkheidim.
In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers abducted Saddam Salamin from as-Samu’ and Khalil Hasan Hamdan from Bani Na’im. Both men were assaulted and injured prior to their detention.
The army also installed military roadblocks at the entrances to Hebron and surrounding areas, sealing streets with iron gates, sand barriers, and concrete blocks.
In occupied Jerusalem, the army invaded Silwan town, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, closing roads and conducting vehicle searches.
On Sunday night, renewed incursions in Silwan sparked protests, which were met with tear gas and stun grenades.
In a parallel development, illegal Israeli colonizers seized Palestinian land in Khirbet Nabe’ Ghazal al-Farisiyya, in the northern Jordan Valley.
Local sources reported that settlers fenced off additional tracts next to Bedouin tents, effectively denying access to nearby grazing areas. This follows months of similar encroachments aimed at obstructing livestock grazing and displacing residents.
Additionally, the colonizers seized a water tank overnight and vandalized an agricultural tractor by puncturing its tires in the al-Maita area.
Late last night, Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Aqaba, north of Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, and handed a demolition order targeting the home of Abdul-Raouf Rajeh al-Masri, 37, whom Israeli soldiers killed in his home on October 9, 2024, before taking his body.
In the first half of this year alone, Israeli authorities demolished 588 structures, directly affecting 843 Palestinians, including 411 children.
During the same period, 556 structures were served with demolition notices, among them 322 inhabited homes, 18 uninhabited dwellings, 151 agricultural facilities, and 97 structures classified as sources of livelihood.
These figures, reported by the Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission, underscore the systematic policy of displacement and economic suffocation imposed on Palestinian communities, particularly in Area C (%82 of the West Bank) where building permits are rarely granted by the Israeli-controlled “Civil Administration Office.”
