Israeli forces abducted, on Wednesday, seven Palestinians and injured dozens, in the southern West Bank governorate of Bethlehem.
At dawn on Wednesday, Israeli forces invaded several areas of the Bethlehem governorate, and abducted seven Palestinians after storming their homes.
East of the city, the army abducted Ahmed Jamal Shanaita, 44, from the town of Al ‘Ubeidiya, Samed Muhammad Al-Hourani, 26, from Beit Sahour town.
Southeast of the city, soldiers abducted Muhammad Abdel Wahsh, 35, from the town of Za’atara.
Media sources added that occupation forces stormed the funeral home of the slain young man, Ahmed Al-Wahsh, in Za’atara, destroying its contents.
South of the city, soldiers abducted Mahmoud Ali Thawabta, 35, Moaz Suleiman Taqatqa, 26, Hisham Hashem Thawabta, 54, and Ashraf Musharraf Deiriya, 35, in the town of Beit Fajjar.
In the evening, Israeli forces stormed the town of Husan, west of Bethlehem, and injured dozens of Palestinians.
Soldiers stationed in the “Al-Muteena” area, fired concussion grenades and tear gas canisters, causing dozens of citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation; local medics provided treatment at the scene.
