Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on the city of Tulkarem and its refugee camp, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, for the 47th consecutive day, and for the 34th day on the Nur Shams camp, with intensified reinforcements, home invasions, destruction of property, and the forcible displacement of Palestinians.

Media sources reported that the Israeli forces deployed military reinforcements towards the city and its refugee camps, and stationed infantry units in the neighborhoods of Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps and their surroundings, amidst live fire, concussion grenades, and explosions, accompanied by intensive drone surveillance.

Additionally, the Israeli forces, with their heavy machinery and bulldozers, reinforced their military presence in front of the homes they have illegally occupied on Nablus Street, which connects the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, turning them into military barracks and setting up military roadblocks to restrict the movement of citizens.

The Israeli forces also invaded the eastern area of Ektaba suburb, opposite the Nur Shams refugee camp, where they stormed and ransacked many homes, detained residents, and subjected them to interrogation.

They also deployed infantry units on Sikka Street and set up roadblocks to search citizens and stop vehicles.

In addition, the soldiers conducted a wide-scale campaign of home invasions in the Nur Shams refugee camp and its surroundings, specifically in Jabal al-Nasr and al-Mahjar neighborhoods, forcing residents to leave their homes amidst heavy gunfire and the firing of flares.

Infantry units spread in the neighborhoods of Tulkarem refugee camp, firing live ammunition intensively and chasing citizens as they tried to check on their homes in the refugee camp.

The Israeli forces also set up sudden military roadblocks at various times during their ongoing aggression in several key locations inside the city and its entrances, especially on Nablus Street, the employee housing area in the Ektaba suburb to the east, Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital Street, and the southern entrance of the city.

The ongoing aggression on the city and its camps has resulted in the death of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant, in addition to dozens of injuries and abductions, and the forced displacement of more than 12,000 people from the Nur Shams refugee camp and a similar number from the Tulkarem refugee camp.

The aggression has resulted in significant damage to infrastructure, homes, vehicles, and businesses, which have experienced complete and partial demolition, burning, vandalism, and theft.
