On Thursday, Israeli occupation forces detonated three Palestinian homes in the town of Qabatia, south of Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the homes belonged to the families of slain Palestinians Wael Idris Lahlouh and Mohammad and Mohammad Zakarna.

Israeli forces had previously assassinated Wael Idris Lahlouh on December 1, 2024, by shelling an agricultural room he was sheltering in, in the town of Sir, south of Jenin.

Mohammad Nazzal was killed on January 22, 2025, after being besieged in a home in the town of Burqin, west of Jenin, which was bombarded with shoulder-fired missiles and then leveled by bulldozers while he and another Palestinian were inside.

In a separate incident, Mohammad Zakarna was assassinated after being surrounded in an underground steel room near the village of Misliya, south of Jenin.

Earlier Thursday, Israeli forces invaded Qabatia with many military vehicles and bulldozers, stormed several homes, forced residents to evacuate, and converted the properties into military outposts.

The soldiers abducted two siblings after storming and ransacking their home, detained several young men, and severely beat another during the invasion.

The Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission documented that Israeli authorities detonated or destroyed 588 structures in the first half of this year, affecting 843 Palestinians, including 411 children.
