Israeli forces injured, on Saturday night, dozens of Palestinian citizens, after invading towns and villages in the governorates of Hebron and Ramallah, in the southern and central parts of the West Bank.

On Saturday night, Israeli forces invaded the town of Idhna, northwest of Hebron, and the village of At-Tabaqa in the town of Doura, southwest of Hebron in the southern West Bank, sparking protests.

Media sources said that the army fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters towards citizens, in Idhna town, causing dozens of citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.

Soldiers fired concussion grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens in the village of At-Tabaqa, igniting a fire in Palestinian-owned lands; no injuries were reported.

In related news, occupation forces detained a Palestinian family in the “Jaber” neighborhood in the eastern part of the city of Hebron, near the illegal “Kiryat Arba” colony, built on expropriated Palestinian-owned lands.



Media sources said that occupation forces detained a Palestinian family and their children, before releasing some of them, while continuing to detain a young man and his sister.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces stormed, on Saturday night, the village of Deir Abu Mash’al, northwest of Ramallah in the central West Bank, triggering protests.

In the northeastern part of the West Bank, occupation forces erected, on Saturday evening, several flying military roadblocks at the southern and eastern entrances to the city of Jericho.

Media sources said that the army closed several roads, causing a traffic crisis and impeding the movement of Palestinian citizens.
