On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers invaded the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank’s southern region, and injured many Palestinians, including medics.

Media sources reported that several military vehicles advanced into the refugee camp, searched homes, which led to protests, and fired live rounds and gas bombs.

They added that the soldiers searched and ransacked homes, interrogated many Palestinians, and inspected their ID cards.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) stated that its medics treated several Palestinians for the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The PRCS also reported that soldiers assaulted its medics as they tried to treat injured Palestinians and caused damage to at least one ambulance before confiscating its keys.

In related news, the soldiers invaded into Beit Furik town, east of Nablus, and fired gas bombs and concussion grenades.

In addition, Israeli soldiers invaded Deir Ghazala village, northeast of Jenin in the occupied West Bank’s northern region, injuring three Palestinians and abducting a father, his wife, and their son. The army also abducted another Palestinian in Jalbun town, east of Jenin.

Also on Tuesday evening, Israeli forces killed Mohammad Hassan Hosni Abu Hammad, 41, after shooting him near the town of Al-Eizariya, east of occupied Jerusalem, in the occupied West Bank.

Before dawn Tuesday, Israeli forces assassinated a Palestinian young man and injured others before dawn Tuesday, after special forces besieged a commercial shop in the city of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces executed the young man, Baraa Saleh Khalil Yousef Maskawi, 19, during a stand off and heavy gunfire after special forces besieged and bombed a shop in Qalqilia city.

The number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank since the beginning of this year is now 111; 49 in Jenin, 19 in Tubas, 14 in Tulkarem, 13 in Nablus, 5 in Hebron, 3 in Bethlehem, 3 in Qalqilia, 1 in Salfit, 1 in Ramallah, and 3 in Jerusalem.
