On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers injured many Palestinians in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said many army vehicles invaded the Ath-Thaher area in the town and closed streets, leading to protests, especially near the illegal Karmie Tzur colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands south of Beit Ummar.
The sources added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, gas bombs, concussion grenades, and rubber-coated steel bullets.
Medical sources said many Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation before receiving treatment.
In related news, the army closed many streets with sand barriers and forced shut several stores along the main street in Huwwara town, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
