On Wednesday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded and ransacked several homes in Hebron city, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, and installed roadblocks around the city and surrounding towns.

Eyewitnesses said several army jeeps invaded the ash-Sha’aba neighborhood, in the eastern part of Hebron city, after surrounding it.

They added that the soldiers broke into and violently searched several homes in the neighborhood and interrogated a few Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The soldiers also installed roadblocks on Hebron’s northern road and the main streets leading to the towns of ath-Thaheriyya, Halhoul, and Sa’ir, stopped and searched many cars, and interrogated several Palestinians.

Early Wednesday morning, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian worker near the illegal Annexation Wall, west of Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
