Israeli forces killed at least one Palestinian and injured three others, including one seriously, in Rafah city, demolished a citizen’s home and opened fire at citizens near Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces shot and killed, on Tuesday morning, the young man, Mohammad Nafith Husni Abu Taha, while he was near the Saudi neighborhood, in Rafah city.
He added that another citizen was seriously wounded after occupation forces shot him while he was in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood, in Rafah city.
Meanwhile, in the evening, the occupation army shot two Palestinian citizens while they were near the Al-Awda Square in the center of Rafah city.
The Quds News Network (QNN) reported that on Tuesday afternoon, occupation bulldozers demolished a citizen’s home in the town of Al-Fukhari, east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, in a breach of the ceasefire agreement.
QNN added that Israeli forces opened fire with live rounds, on Tuesday evening, towards citizens’ homes and lands east of Al-Fukhari town, east of Khan Younis.
The Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed that the bodies of 11 slain citizens were transported to hospitals, 8 of which were recovered from under the rubble.
The bodies of 3 other citizens arrived at hospital after having been killed by the army over the past 24 hours, bringing the number of Palestinians killed in Gaza to 48,219.
The Ministry added that since the beginning of the ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, on January 19, 2025, occupation forces have killed 92 Palestinians and injured 822 others. It added that 641 citizens, 197 of whom were unidentified, were recovered from under the rubble.
