On Tuesday, marking Day 21 since Israel resumed the genocide in the devastated, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip, dozens of Palestinians were killed and wounded in airstrikes targeting residential areas.

In Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, the army fired a missile at the Ayesh family home, killing six family members and wounding many others.

Medical sources confirmed the deaths of Yousef Abdul-Rahim Ayesh, Abdul-Rahman Abdul-Rahim Ayesh, Abdul-Rahim Mohammad Ayesh, Masa Abdul-Rahim Ayesh, Misk Abdul-Rahim Ayesh, and Maha Abdul-Rahman Ayesh.

In central Gaza, barrages of missiles and shells struck several parts of Deir Al-Balah, killing and wounding numerous Palestinians, including children and women.

A missile targeting the Sabah family home in western Deir Al-Balah killed at least nine people, mostly women and children.

The victims included Doha Ashraf Ismael Sabah (29), Jena Adnan Mohammad Sabah (11), Ali Ismael Abdul-Rahman Sabah (7), Huwaida Ismael Ali Sabah (62), Masa Mohammad Abdul-Rahman Sabah (8), Abdul-Rahman Mohammad Abdul-Rahman Sabah (2), Abdul-Rahman Ismael Abdul-Rahman Sabah (3), Abdul-Rahman Mohammad Abdul-Rahman Sabah (69), and Soha Abdul-Rahman Mohammad Al-Afifi (37).

An earlier bombing in Deir Al-Balah claimed the lives of six members of the Ghorab family, three from the Salman family, and three from the Aabed family in separate strikes.

In Gaza City, a missile struck near the Safina building, northwest of the city, killing four Palestinians: Abdullah Wishah, who was preparing for his wedding, Ibrahim Abu Ziyada, Sohaib Rayyan, and Abboud Rayyan.

Another Palestinian, Abdul-Nasser Khadra, was killed in a bombing targeting displaced civilians on Nasr Street in western Gaza City.

In Khan Younis, southern Gaza, a shell hit a charitable food distribution point on Khamsa Street, killing six Palestinians and injuring several others.

Additionally, Palestinian journalist Ahmad Mansour succumbed to injuries sustained a day earlier when the army targeted a tent used by journalists near Nasser Medical Center in Khan Younis. The attack instantly killed Helmi al-Faq’awi (28), a reporter for Palestine Today Agency, and injured nine others, including eight journalists.

In Rafah, Gaza’s southernmost city, one Palestinian was killed, and several others were injured when the army targeted a wireless network hub.

The army also continued demolishing dozens of homes between Rafah and Khan Younis.

Since the ceasefire in Gaza collapsed on March 18, 2025, following a surprise Israeli attack, over 1,335 Palestinians have been killed, and more than 3,297 injured.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed at least 50,769 Palestinians, including over 15,617 children, 9,803 women, 232 journalists, and 23 medics. The number of wounded has exceeded 115,475, with children, women, and the elderly comprising most casualties.
