Israeli forces killed, on Wednesday, one Palestinian young man in the city of Tubas, and four citizens, including a child, in the town of Tammun, southeast of the city in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.

The five slain Palestinians were identified as;

    Mohammad Jawad Mohammad Bani Dheeb, 19,

    Fayez Fawaz Fayez Amer, 33,

    Khaled Nidal Ahmad Dheeb, 19,

    Amr Mahmoud Ali Bani Awda, 18, and

    Mohammad Bashar Hassan Bani Odeh, 17.

Media sources said that before dawn on Wednesday, occupation forces invaded the city of Tubas, and besieged a home, ordering everyone to evacuate, in addition to storming citizens’ homes in the city and Tammun town.

Armed resistance fighters exchanged fire with the invading army, while many explosions were hear near the besieged home and sources said that the army fired “Energa” anti-tank grenades at the home, causing severe damage.

Sources added that on Wednesday morning, Israeli forces shot and killed the young man, Fayez Fawaz Fayez Amer, 33, a former prisoner, and proceeded to confiscate his body.

The Arab 48 website quoted the occupation army who said that its soldiers killed a Palestinian gunman and injured two during the military operation.

Soldiers simultaneously invaded the town of Tammun, southeast of the city, sparking protests among local Palestinian citizens, amid the intense overhead flight of reconnaissance drones.

Later in the morning, media sources said that an armed Israeli drone fired a missile towards a group of Palestinians in the town of Tammun, killing five unidentified young men.

Sources added that the army also confiscated the bodies of the four slain young men, killed in the drone strike.

According to Kamal Bani Odeh, the director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in Tubas, occupation forces stormed at least ten citizens’ homes in Tammun town, and abducted the young man, Nasser Ali Hamad Bani Odeh, in an attempt to coerce his brother to turn himself in to the army.

Odeh said that occupation soldiers also abducted the two young men, Mohammad Abdul Fattah Daraghmeh and Ahmad Sami Abu Amer in the town of Tammun.

It is important to mention that Israeli forces also suffered some injuries, according to eyewitness accounts who said that military helicopters transported wounded soldiers.

Israeli forces shot and killed Shadi Wissam Sheha, 16, on Tuesday, while he was working in a car wash in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

In related news, Israeli forces killed, at dawn Tuesday, the young man, Moataz Mohammed Omar Sarsour, 19, after shooting him in the chest with live ammunition, and critically injuring him, in addition to shooting three others, in the central West Bank city of Ramallah.
