Palestinian medical sources reported that three Palestinians were killed in Monday’s attacks: two in a drone strike near Yarmouk Stadium and another near the “Yellow Cubes” area in Al-Mawasi in Rafah.
Local and medical sources reported that an Israeli drone struck a tent sheltering displaced families near Yarmouk Stadium in central Gaza City, killing two Palestinians and wounding more than ten others.
Local sources reported that an Israeli aircraft struck a vehicle on the Saftawi Street in northern Gaza City, injuring a Palestinian who was taken to the Shifa Medical Complex.
Medical teams also recovered the body of a Palestinian who had been shot by Israeli forces near the “Yellow Cubes” area in Al-Mawasi in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Furthermore, Israeli warplanes bombed the area surrounding Al-Wafa Hospital in Gaza City, causing additional injuries.
In addition, an Israeli airstrike near the Egyptian Committee headquarters in Zawayda area, central Gaza, wounded several Palestinians, some of whom were in serious condition.
Local sources reported that Israeli fire wounded a Palestinian on Al-Qassam Street in central Khan Younis. They also reported that Israeli drones carried out two strikes near the Dream Palace junction in Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, injuring five Palestinians, one of whom was in serious condition.
In addition, Israeli military vehicles opened fire toward eastern and southern Khan Younis, with some rounds reaching tents sheltering displaced families near the Austrian Cemetery west of the city. The sources also reported artillery shelling in the area.
Furthermore, Israeli forces fired live rounds into the eastern parts of Gaza City’s Zeitoun neighborhood. The army also continued demolitions inside the area known as the “Yellow Line,” as well as air and artillery attacks in several parts of the enclave, including areas sheltering displaced civilians.
Palestinian sources reported that the incidents followed fourteen Israeli ceasefire violations on Sunday that killed two Palestinians and injured several others.
Beyond Monday’s reported attacks and casualties, Gaza’s hospitals faced acute fuel and maintenance shortages, while the ICRC continued seeking access to Palestinian detainees in Israeli places of detention.
In related developments, Dr. Mohammed Abu Salmiya, director of Gaza’s Al-Shifa Medical Complex, warned that hospitals in the Strip face a critical crisis. He said generators continued powering essential medical departments despite severe fuel shortages and a lack of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
“We are issuing a final appeal for spare parts, oils, and fuel needed to keep hospital generators functioning so that patients and the wounded can continue receiving treatment,” Abu Salmiya said.

Abu Salmiya said the generators had operated continuously throughout the war without necessary maintenance materials. He warned that a generator failure at Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital had shut down northern Gaza’s only CT scanner, further limiting access to critical healthcare.

Separately, the International Committee of the Red Cross said it had helped return Palestinians released from Israeli detention to their families while acting as a neutral humanitarian intermediary.
The ICRC said it had been unable to visit Palestinian detainees in Israeli places of detention since October 7, 2023, and continued to seek access and information about their whereabouts and conditions.
It also reported facilitating the transfer of more than 3,400 Palestinian detainees from Israeli detention to their families under ceasefire agreements since October 2023.
The organization stressed that international humanitarian law requires detainees to be treated humanely, held under appropriate conditions, and allowed contact with their families.
According to the Palestinian Health Ministry’s daily statistical report published Monday, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of two Palestinians and treated 25 Palestinians who had been injured during the preceding 24 hours.
The ministry said that, since the ceasefire began on October 11, 2025, 1,372 Palestinians have been killed and 4,659 injured, and that 831 bodies have been recovered.
The ministry placed the cumulative toll since October 7, 2023, at 73,786 Palestinians killed and 174,771 injured.
