On Sunday evening, illegal Israeli colonizers attacked Palestinian homes in Madama village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, leading to protests. The colonizers also demolished a well near Jenin.
Ghassan Daghlas, a Palestinian official who monitors Israel’s illegal colonialist activities in the northern West Bank, said the colonizers attacked several homes in the southern area of Madama.
Daghlas added that the Palestinians intercepted the attack and rushed for the aid of the families, forcing the colonizers to escape.
The official warned that the colonizers could be planning further and potentially deadly attacks against the Palestinians and called on the residents to remain alert.
In related news, a group of colonizers invaded Palestinian lands in Ya’bad town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and demolished a well owned by the local Abu Shammala family.
The assailants came from the Mabo Dotan illegal colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands between Ya’bad and Zibda village.
The colonizers recently escalated their violations against the Palestinians and their property in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
On Saturday, the colonizers injured a Palestinian and burnt two cars east of the central West Bank city of Ramallah and stabbed to death a Palestinian, Ali Hasan Harb, 27, in Iskaka village, east of Salfit, Tuesday.
On Sunday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted a former political prisoner, Yazan Moayyad Sa’adi, 27, from Jenin, at a military roadblock on the Nablus-Jenin Road.
