On Monday dawn, groups of illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers burned twenty-one Palestinian cars in Al-Bireh city and Deir Dibwan town, in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, in the occupied West Bank’s central part.

Media sources reported that the colonizers invaded the Industrial Zone in Al-Bireh and set fire to twenty Palestinian cars.

The sources added that the colonizers fired many live rounds into the air and at Palestinian Civil Defense trucks that rushed to the area to extinguish the fire.

In Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah, the colonizers burned one car and wrote racist graffiti on a retaining wall, calling for the killing and expulsion of Palestinians.

On Sunday morning, a group of illegal paramilitary colonizers fenced two Palestinian homes in the Arab Al-Mleihat community northwest of Jericho in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.

All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.
