On Saturday, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers invaded Palestinian land in the Thaher Al-Abed Village, west of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and demolished an agricultural room.

Local sources said the colonizers came from an illegal colonialist outpost they installed on stolen Palestinian lands, east of the village, and are using Palestinian lands in the area as grazing grounds for their livestock.

They added that the room is owned by Nassim Jawad Amarna and was built on his privately owned land.

The colonizers frequently attack and uproot Palestinian lands, and demolish property, to illegally annex the land to install new outposts.

All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.

Also Saturday, Israeli forces shot five Palestinian young men, on Friday, abducting two of the wounded young men, and four others, in the northern West Bank governorate of Jenin.

In addition, a Palestinian child succumbed, on Saturday, as a result of critical wounds he sustained as a result of Israeli forces’ recent attack on the city of Ramallah, in the central occupied West Bank.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, the 12-year-old child, Mohammad Murad Ahmad Hoshiya, died this morning from live gunshot wounds inflicted on him by Israeli forces during a military invasion into Ramallah city.
