Illegal Israeli colonizers attacked Palestinian citizens, including an elderly man on Wednesday, in the area between the villages of Al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank.
Media sources reported that dozens of settlers stormed the area between Al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah, before attempting to assault a woman.
The sources added that local Palestinian citizens confronted the settlers, resulting in physical altercations, before a colonizer ran over a young man with his vehicle; he was mildly injured.
Additionally, another illegal settler stabbed an elderly Palestinian man, causing injuries to his head and hand; his condition was not known at the time of this report.
Palestine TV reported that occupation forces positioned soldiers at the western entrance to the village of Al-Mughayyir, blocking citizens from reaching the area to resist the settlers’ attack.
Meanwhile, illegal colonizers began paving a colonial road near the entrance to the town of Atara, north of Ramallah.
WAFA correspondent reported that the land, seized by settlers in August, is located in an archaeological site with an approximate area of 2000 dunams.
According to Hafez Saleh, the head of the Asira al-Qibliya village council, Israeli colonizers infiltrated the village of Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
Saleh added that the armed settlers opened fire with live rounds, forced the Palestinian farmers to leave their own land, and stole farm equipment.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that 621 Israeli settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque, an Islamic holy site, and performed Talmudic rituals under the protection of Israeli police.
