Illegal Israeli colonizers, on Monday evening, shot two Palestinians, including a child, and burned a vehicle and a citizen’s home in the town of Asira al-Qibliya, southwest of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that Israeli settlers from the illegal “Yitzhar” colony invaded the town and opened fire with live rounds at local Palestinians, shooting a young man and a child.

The colonizers shot a 20-year-old Palestinian man in his abdomen, and a 16-year-old child in his hand, with live ammunition; they were both transported to hospital.

The severity of the injuries were not known at the time of writing this report.

It was added that the attacking settlers set fire to a vehicle parked in front of the home of Abdel Baset Abdel Rahman, and hurled Molotov cocktails at the home of Jawad Shehadeh, setting it on fire.
