Israeli forces abducted, on Thursday morning, five Palestinians, including a child, in various areas of the Bethlehem governorate, in the southern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces abducted five citizens after invading the towns of Al-Khader and Tuqu’, and the Dheisheh refugee camp, in the governorate of Bethlehem.

Sources identified the abductees as Mohammad Fawaz Ali Salah, 28, Mohammad Faisal Al-Amour, 17, Saad Hassan Mohammad Al-Amour, 30, Mohammad Bassam Fararjah, 23, and Wadih Daoud Nayef Salem, 25.

In related news, Israeli soldiers abducted, at dawn Thursday, eight Palestinians in the governorates of Qalqilia, Nablus, Al-Biereh, Hebron, and Jerusalem.

The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society released a statement revealing that Israeli forces have abducted at least 25 Palestinian citizens in the past two days.

The statement added that occupation forces have abducted 10,200 Palestinians in the West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2024.
