Israeli occupation soldiers abducted, on Monday night, two Palestinian men near Qalqilia, assaulted and abducted two brothers, and caused others to sustain inhalation injuries near Hebron.
Israeli forces abducted, on Monday night, two Palestinian citizens of Tamoun town, south of Tubas, while they were driving to their place of work near Qalqilia, on the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.
According to Kamal Bani Odeh, the head of the Tubas chapter of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS), Israeli soldiers abducted two young men, identified as Jihad Ali Mahmoud Bani Odeh and Salah Taher Bani Odeh, when they were on their way to work, near Qalqilia.
Meanwhile, in the southern West Bank, occupation forces assaulted and abducted, on Monday night, two Palestinian brothers from the Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron.
Media sources said that Israeli soldiers positioned at the entrance to the Al-Arroub refugee camp, assaulted the two Palestinian brothers, Muhammad Jawabra, 43, and Kamal Waheed Jawabra, 40, before abducting them.
Furthermore, local Palestinian youths protested the abductions, which soldiers responded to by firing concussion grenades and tear gas canisters at them.
Several Palestinian young men sustained inhalation injuries from tear gas exposure. Local medics provided medical treatment at the scene.
Earlier Monday, occupation forces abducted six Palestinians, including three in occupied Jerusalem, two in the Jordan Valley, and one who was shot and moderately injured near Qalqilia.
