On Tuesday morning, Israeli forces abducted four Palestinians, including a former prisoner, in the town of ‘Illar, northeast of Tulkarem.

Media sources reported that Israeli soldiers invaded and searched the homes of the former prisoner, Nazir Muhammad Nassar, 53, Mahdi Hassan Al-Khatib, Yamen Qashou, and Ahmed Mamoun, before abducting them.

Soldiers also broke into many other citizens’ homes, conducted search operations, interrogated their residents.

Before dawn on Thursday, several military vehicles invaded the city of Tulkarem from its western entrance in addition to the Iktaba roundabout, northeast of the city and the Shweika suburb, to the north, where local Palestinians protested the incursion.


Soldiers invaded homes and shops, detained residents, and confiscated surveillance camera recordings.

Meanwhile, several military vehicles invaded, before dawn on Thursday, the city of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the West Bank; no arrests were reported.
