Israeli soldiers abducted, on Thursday, eighteen Palestinians in the Hebron governorate in the southern occupied West Bank.

At dawn Thursday, the army invaded the towns of Idhna and Taffuh, west of Hebron, and the Al-Arroub refugee camp to the north.

Soldiers broke into and ransacked many Palestinian-owned home and abducted eighteen Palestinian citizens.

One of the abductees was identified as Fatima Fadl Al-Shamali, the mother of the slain child, Uday Isma’in Yousef Abu Jahisha, 16, who was shot and killed by Israeli forces on January 12.

The other abductees were identified as Munir Muhammad Awad, Ismail Ahmed Tubaila, Muhammad Abdel Halim Abu Asaad, Murad Ibrahim Tubaila, and Mahmoud Al-Khatib.

In addition, the army abducted the brothers, Baraa and Tariq Rizeiqat, Ghanem Hassan Rizeiqat, Anas Jamil Jawabrah, Qutaiba Imad Al-Rai, Ahmed Khalil, Mahmoud Muhammad Hanayen, Muhammad Ezzat Banat, Moez Al-Titi, Wael Fathi Al-Badawi, Maamoun Rashad Abu Joudeh, and Kamal Walid Al-Titi.


In related news, occupation forces invaded the the town of Ad-Dhahiriya, southwest of Hebron and erected a flying military roadblock in the center of the town.

Soldiers stopped and searched Palestinian-owned vehicles, checking the identities of the their occupants, obstructing the movement of citizens.

The army stormed several neighborhoods, fired concussion grenades at shops in the center of the town.
