Israeli forces opened fire, on Friday, injuring dozens of Palestinian civilians in various towns in the Nablus governorate in northern occupied West Bank, according to medical sources.
Ahmed Jibril, the director of ambulance and emergency at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Nablus stated that five civilians were shot with rubber-coated steel rounds in the village of Burqa, norhtwest of Nablus, and Beita, south of Nablus.
Jibril added that 43 people suffered the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation, while three young men sustained fractures due to falls while bring chased by soldiers.
In Beita town, occupation soldiers opened fire with rubber-coated steel rounds, and tear gas canisters at the civilians in the non-violent anti-settlement march as they proceeded from the local mosque after Friday Prayers, to Mount Sbeih.
