Israeli occupying forces escalated their military invasion across the occupied West Bank on Sunday, abducting civilians, including minors and a journalist, while storming homes, damaging property, and sowing fear among residents.
In the early hours of Sunday, Israeli forces invaded the village of al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiya, northwest of Ramallah, in the central West Bank, abducting two 18-year-olds, Mohammad Abdullah Abu Leila and Mohammad Abdul-Mo’ti Ladadwa, after violently breaking into and ransacking their homes.
Later, the town of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, was invaded by military vehicles patrolling its streets. No abductions or confrontations were reported, though residents in surrounding villages, al-Mughayyir, Abu Falah, Sinjil, Kafr Malik, al-Taybeh, Deir Jarir, al-Mazra’a al-Sharqiya, Deir Dibwan, and Burqa, continue to endure daily assaults by illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers and occupying forces.
These invasions involve attacks on civilians, destruction of property, arson targeting farmland, and road closures.

Also, the soldiers invaded the towns of Sinjil and Ein Qinya, establishing a military presence in residential zones. No abductions were reported at the time.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli intelligence agents abducted Arafat Najeeb, a guard at Al-Aqsa Mosque, following an invasion of his home, during which they vandalized belongings and handed down a six-month expulsion order from the mosque days earlier.
Separately, Israeli forces invaded the neighborhood of Ein Louza in Silwan, south of Jerusalem, without incident.
South of Jenin, in the northern West Bank, four civilians were abducted from Qabatia town, including 15-year-old Rani Kamil, after Israeli troops invaded multiple homes, detained residents for field interrogation, and vandalized vehicles.
The army also summoned the family of Muhammad Hassan Nazzal, demanding he turns himself in, while his father and brother remain imprisoned since last year.
In Marka village, south of Jenin, Israeli forces broke into the home of village council head Ali Naafi Musa, 70, abducting him and his 40-year-old son Zuhair.
Soldiers spread throughout the village before launching a broader campaign of home invasions. This latest incident reflects Israel’s sustained offensive on Jenin and its surroundings, now marking 174 consecutive days of daily invasions and arbitrary abductions.
In Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank, Israeli soldiers abducted Sami Ibrahim Daraghmeh after physically assaulting him, causing fractures and bruises.
Troops also beat his father while he tried to protect his son. The invasion involved erecting a military checkpoint in the heart of the village, disrupting movement and heightening tension among residents.
These violations, including home invasions, physical assaults, and arbitrary abductions, are now a daily reality for communities in southern Nablus.
Israeli forces also abducted journalist Moath Mazen Ghanam on Sunday while he was reporting on the Israeli bulldozing of land in Jabal al-Salama, near the village of Raba in Tubas district, in the northeastern West Bank.
Furthermore, for the second consecutive week, Israeli occupation forces have continued extensive bulldozing of Palestinian lands in Khirbet Ibziq village, north of Tubas, as part of efforts to construct a military road in the region.
Abdel Majid Khodeirat, head of the Ibziq village council, stated that Israeli bulldozers have focused their attacks on the western edge of the hamlet near the village of Raba. The area has been declared a “closed military zone,” and residents have been barred from approaching their agricultural lands.
Khodeirat warned that this move is part of Israel’s broader attempts to impose further control over grazing and farmland, vital sources of livelihood for Ibziq’s residents, and expressed deep concern over its environmental and social ramifications.
Khirbet Ibziq is in the northern Jordan Valley, a region that has endured systematic violations by Israeli forces for years. These include demolitions of homes and structures, obstruction of pastoral and farming activity, and policies aimed at forcibly displacing local inhabitants.
On Friday, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers carried out numerous attacks against Palestinians, their homes, and their lands across several areas of the occupied West Bank.
Two Palestinians, including a Palestinian-American, were killed, many others were wounded, and several properties sustained damage in Sinjil town, northwest of the central West Bank city of Ramallah. Israeli soldiers also abducted a child and a young man in Salfit, in the central West Bank.
