Israeli forces continued their invasions of the Bethlehem area and other parts of the West Bank throughout the day and into the night on Monday, following extensive invasions before dawn on Monday.

Three Palestinian citizens were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets, Monday evening, in the city of Nablus.

The director of the Red Crescent Ambulance and Emergency Center in Nablus, Amid Ahmed, reported that ambulance crews dealt with the injury of a child (17 years old) and two young men (18 and 35 years old) with live bullets in their lower extremities, during the Israeli occupation’s storming of the eastern region of the city of Nablus, and the injured were subsequently transferred to the hospital.

The Israeli occupation forces stormed the eastern part of the city and fired live bullets, sound bombs and poison gas on Al-Quds Street

On Monday evening, Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem.

Wafa news agency reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed Al-Khader, stationed themselves in the Umm Rakba area, raided the home of citizen Fawaz Abu Turkiya, searched it, and assaulted his son Hisham.

Also Monday evening, Israeli occupation forces stormed the towns of Sinjil and Turmus Ayya, and the villages of Abwein and Dura al-Qar’a, north of Ramallah.

Local sources reported that dozens of Israeli occupation soldiers stormed the town of Turmus Ayya on foot, and Israeli occupation vehicles also stormed the neighboring town of Sinjil and the village of Abwein.

The same sources reported that Israeli occupation soldiers fired sound bombs and poison gas at a commercial store in the village of Abwein, without any injuries being reported.

In the northern West Bank, clashes erupted between Israeli occupation forces and local youth throwing stones on Monday evening in the town of Beita, south of Nablus.

Local sources reported that the confrontations broke out after the Israeli occupation stormed the town, during which bullets and poison gas bombs were fired, noting that a child (15 years old) suffered bruises as a result of occupation soldiers beating him, after which he was transferred to the hospital.

Also, Israeli occupation forces invaded the southern part of the city of Tulkarem, and abducted citizen Ali Hussein Salman Odeh, after raiding his home.

On Monday evening, the Israeli occupation forces destroyed a memorial to the Palestinians of Shuafat Camp who had been killed by Israeli forces, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the camp and destroyed the memorial, which contained the names of many Palestinians from the camp who had been killed by Israeli soldiers.

Also in Jerusalem, Israeli occupation forces stormed a residential building belonging to the Basbous family in the Batn Al-Hawa neighborhood in Silwan, occupied Jerusalem, and delivered an order to evacuate two apartments within 24 hours.

Palestinian property owners who receive such ‘evacuation notices’ have no legal recourse, as the Israeli courts do not consider them to have any standing or any right to their own property, even if it has been in their family for many generations. The troops simply issue a notice and then return to destroy the home to make way for an expansion of Jewish-only colonial outposts.

The areas north and east of Ramallah witnessed, on Monday evening, a field escalation represented by incursions carried out by colonists and Israeli occupation forces, including military deployment and the firing of tear gas canisters in a number of villages.

In the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah, groups of colonists stormed the archaeological site “Maqam Abu al-Awf,” under the protection of occupation forces deployed around the site. No injuries were reported.

In the village of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town and their vehicles roamed its streets, which led to a state of tension among citizens, without recording any arrests.

In the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, occupation forces fired tear gas canisters in the center of the village, causing a state of suffocation among citizens, amid a military alert in the area. The troops abducted and abused a Palestinian boy at the entrance to the town of Al-Mughayyir (featured image above).

This escalation comes in light of the increasing frequency of incursions by the occupation forces and attacks by colonists in villages north and east of Ramallah during the recent period.

Also Monday, the Israeli occupation forces demolished two tin houses and a residential room, in addition to a sheep pen, in the Yatta desert, south of Hebron, in the southern West Bank.

Citizen Ahmed Nayef Al-Atimin said in an interview with Wafa news: The occupation forces stormed the Wadi Al-Jarfan area adjacent to the village of Umm Qusah, accompanied by their heavy vehicles, and carried out demolition operations that included two residential barracks, a brick room, and a sheep breeding barn.

He explained that the demolished facilities belong to the family of citizen Salama Ali Salama Al-Atimin, and include 18 individuals, all of whom have become homeless, left out in the open with no shelter.

Meanwhile, armed Israeli paramilitary colonists attacked farmers and sheep herders in the Al-Rakiz area in Musafir Yata and beat them.
