Israeli occupation forces carried out multiple invasions, home break‑ins, and abductions across the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, while illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers escalated attacks on Palestinian communities, vehicles, and agricultural land.
In Tubas, in the northeastern West Bank, soldiers invaded several areas in the city and the town of Tammun, south of Tubas, before storming and ransacking numerous homes and cars while interrogating scores of residents.
In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces, accompanied by a military bulldozer, forced residents and vendors in the town of as‑Samu, south of Hebron, to remove their commercial kiosks near the town’s entrance in the al‑Simiya area along the bypass road. Witnesses said troops forced shopkeepers and street vendors to dismantle their structures under threat of demolition.
The soldiers also invaded the Al‑Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, breaking into and ransacking many homes. Local sources said the invasion was still ongoing and that soldiers had abducted and detained scores of young men.
In Sa’ir, north of Hebron, soldiers stormed homes and abducted a young man, Mohammad Aziz Al‑Froukh.
In Doura, south of Hebron, soldiers invaded and searched several homes and abducted another young man, Momen Sami Amro.
In the Bethlehem area, Israeli forces invaded the town of Tuqu, southeast of the city, and deployed across several neighborhoods. No abductions were reported.
East of Bethlehem, in Za‘tara, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers drove small tractors around the outskirts of the town, though no physical assaults were reported.
In the Rashayda area near Bethlehem, a colonizer opened fire at a Palestinian vehicle transporting goods, shattering its windows.
The attack followed a similar shooting on Tuesday in the same area, when colonizers fired at a vehicle and injured a woman and her infant.
In the central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Deir Istiya, northwest of Salfit, and stormed a hall where residents had gathered to congratulate a recently released political prisoner.
Soldiers abducted five Palestinians, including three brothers—Mahmoud, Mohammad, and Fares Tayel Fares—along with Abdullah Abdul‑Rahman Saleem and Zaid Tareq Fares. Troops also fired stun grenades at residents before withdrawing.
North of Ramallah, in Turmus Ayya, Israeli forces abducted former political prisoner Anis Mashhour al‑Kouq, 40, after breaking into his home and searching it.
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, local sources reported that Israeli forces continued invading the town of Jaba‘, south of Jenin, with soldiers deployed across several neighborhoods.
In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Qaryout, south of Nablus, firing large quantities of tear gas and stun grenades.
Troops also invaded Burqa, northwest of Nablus, breaking into several homes and commercial shops. Later, soldiers abducted former prisoner Abdul‑Qader Sa’id Salah from Burqa after breaking into his home.
Before dawn, Israeli forces invaded Nablus city and broke into the home of detainee Moayyad al‑Sheikh in the Dahiya neighborhood, confiscating some of his belongings. No abductions were reported in that incident.
In addition, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers carried out additional attacks in the Nablus district. In the village of Duma, south of Nablus, colonizers cut down around fifty grape saplings, destroyed water lines, and tore down fencing surrounding agricultural land.
The landowner, Fadel Salouda, said colonizers repeatedly target the area, stealing equipment, damaging water infrastructure, and attacking Bedouin livestock enclosures.
In the al‑Mas‘udiyya plain near Burqa, colonizers attacked a farm belonging to the Saleha family, smashing surveillance cameras and lighting fixtures.
In the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Qalqilia from the eastern entrance and abducted two young men—Fadi Abu Sneina and Sabri Abu Asab—after breaking into their homes and ransacking their belongings.
Soldiers also fired barrages of live rounds near a section of the Annexation Wall in the Al‑Marj area of Qalqilia.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli municipal crews accompanied by occupation forces invaded the Ein al‑Louza neighborhood of Silwan, south of the Al‑Aqsa Mosque, and issued financial penalties against several Palestinian shop owners as part of ongoing punitive measures targeting Jerusalemite businesses.
